Section 19
Personnel related
(1) The report of the organization structure and management survey related to the staff shall be as approved by the Government of Nepal, the Council of Ministers, if required by the Council.
(2) The rank, qualification, remuneration, service conditions and facilities of the employees in the council and the arrangements related to the staff union shall be as mentioned in the regulations related to the staff administration of the council.
(3) If the required staff is not immediately appointed in the council or if a post becomes vacant for any reason and cannot be filled immediately, the ministry may depute any employee of the federal civil service to work in the council until the post is filled.
(4) If any work to be done by the council cannot be done by the manpower of the council, then the services of experts or technicians can be consulted in accordance with the prevailing federal law.
(5) Contributory pension plan can be implemented for the employees appointed in the Council.
(6) The Government of Nepal may adjust the permanent employees working in the council to the sports related structures of the federation, state and local levels for one time within one year from the date of commencement of this Act.
(7) Other arrangements related to adjustment under sub-section (6) shall be as prescribed.
